The Aftermath
This is a photo I took today of the gas blast site. As you can see, Transco are still on scene and the cordon means you can’t get very close to see the damage, but essentially the middle of the building with the clock tower is missing. Amusingly, the Police suggested that everyone at the Brian Hore Unit wait in the Metropolitan pub round the corner until the area was safe.
