A Historic Moment

It doesn’t happen very often. Megan May and Gwynn standing still.

This was taken on a walk around Lymm Dam with my family before we went for my Birthday lunch. Megan has changed so much since the wedding in October.  She is saying complete sentences now, so it’s much easier to enter her world and share the experience with her now.  We’re playing ‘Kick the ball to Gywnn’ which is a favourite of all involved.

This is the permanent location for this installation. 100 cast iron statues spread out over 3km of beach at Crosby nr Liverpool.
Despite it’s proximity to Liverpool Free Port, the expansive skyline and foreshore make this feel like an incredible wildnerness with easily the best sunset in the North West
